The Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery service offers the full range of adult cardiothoracic surgery with emphasis placed on the evaluation and management of patients with ischemic heart disease, valvular disorders, and thoracic oncology. Areas of specific interest include: left ventricular assist devices, cardiac transplantation, video assisted thoracic surgery, and intensive care unit monitoring.
