We participate in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and will not accept materials sent to us outside of ERAS.  The following items must be included with your ERAS application:

• Personal statement

• Official dean's letter

• Official transcript

• Letter of recommendation from department of medicine chair/program director

• Letter of recommendation from two faculty members from your medical school

• USMLE scores

• Photograph

Submit all application material through ERAS before January 1st.  You will be contacted to schedule an interview when your dossier is complete.  All applicants are encouraged to interview.  Accommodations are paid for out of town applicants.
