Rebecca recently graduated from the University of Washington with a BS degree in Neurobiology. She loves neuro and hopes to go into geriatric neurology or Internal Medicine for neurodegenerative diseases. Her research was in PNS neuropathy and CNS degeneration and stem cells. She is also interested in Neuroradiology. Rebecca came to Creighton because of the people. She said, 'You can get a good medical education just about anywhere; but here they walk the walk when it comes to supporting their students and helping the underserved.' Rebecca also has skills in amateur magic so if medicine doesn't work out, she has a back-up plan. If you are ever down and need some entertainment, just stop her in the hallway and ask for a demo. She is known to always carry a deck of cards with her.
