Priscilla graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in biochemistry and biology with a minor in chemistry. While at the University of Washington, Priscilla worked as a lab helper and was elected treasurer and student adviser of Phi Eta Sigma, a community service based honor society. Through Phi Eta Sigma, she volunteered her time with the Puget Sound Blood Bank, the Compass Center, and homeless shelters. Before attending Creighton University she was a teacher’s assistant for an undergraduate biochemistry lab, worked as a research technologist at the University of Washington in the department of Physiology and Biophysics, and obtained her EMT-Basic certificate at North Seattle Community College. She also volunteered at the Pike Market Medical Clinic and Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. Priscilla plans to be an internist, but is open to exploring other specialties.
