The Division of Allergy and Immunology provides
evaluation and treatment of patients with allergic and immunological
diseases. Busy clinics for adults and children
are conducted by the Division at the Creighton Medicine Clinic, as well as at
the Resident Involvement: This popular elective is taken by most
third-year residents. The residents attend the Allergy/Immunology clinics at
all three institutions where they learn the management of patients with
common allergic and immunological diseases as well as the interpretation of
testing, including RAST and skin testing, and the principles of
desensitization. The residents are also primarily responsible for inpatient
consultations coordinated with the fellows. |
