Policy:       

It is the responsibility of each faculty member to procure and maintain medical license in the state or states of his practice.

Procedures:

1.      The Division will pay for the renewal of medical license only in the states in which the faculty member has an active consultation service or practice (usually Nebraska and Iowa).

2.      Payment of these medical licenses will be made upon the presentation of the renewal statement to the business manager.  The timeliness of payment is the responsibility of the faculty member.

3.      The Division will be responsible for any other dues or fees associated with professional fee billing activities.
