We are participating in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and will not accept materials sent to us outside of ERAS. The following items must be included with your ERAS application:

1. Personal Statement
2. Official Dean's Letter.
3. Official Transcript
4. Letter of Recommendation from Department of Medicine Chair/Program Director.
5. Letter of Recommendation from two faculty members from your medical school.
6. USMLE scores
7. Photograph

Submit all application material through ERAS before January 1^st. You will be contacted to schedule an interview when your dossier is complete. All applicants are encouraged to interview. Accommodations are paid for out of town applicants.
